KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• You have experience in senior accounting positions like accounting manager, Controller, and CFOs and experience working at gaishikei, foreign owned companies in Japan or other countries.
• For native Japanese, reading and writing in English is required. For native English speakers, Japanese speaking and communication ability is required.
• You are an experienced manager and a leader but also have hands-on, roll up your sleeves attitude.
